The School of Management at Cal Lutheran is hosting its
2020 Annual New Venture Fair and PRiME Competitions virtually.
Students participating in NVF and/or PRiME have developed innovative solutions to various challenges and have been working on their ideas for several months to compete at a professional level.
Join us virtually to learn about their ideas, engage through Q&A, and vote for your favorites.
The New Venture Fair (NVF) is a valuable part of Cal Lutheran's entrepreneurial education experience, in which student teams share their innovative startup projects in a competitive environment. The NVF is a dynamic and exciting evening where the community gets its first look at Cal Lutheran's exceptional student entrepreneurs.
The students participating in the Fair have been working on their ideas for several months, and their business ideas showcase their entrepreneurial spirits and mindset. They represent the brightest, most motivated, aspiring entrepreneurs on campus.
NVF is usually a live event that lasts a few hours. This year, the competition is moving online.
Student projects will be available to view for an entire week!
The community was invited to vote in the People's Choice Award online between April 29 - May 5th.
On May 6th, we held a live Demo Day at 4:00pm
and a live Awards Presentation at 6:00pm.
This competition provides students with an opportunity to compete at a professional level by demonstrating how organizations balance economic and sustainability goals and develop innovative solutions.
Our PRiME Competition is designed following the global PRME, Principles for Responsible Management Education, a platform that School of Management joined in 2015. PRME aligns academic institutions with the work of the UN Global Compact, a voluntary initiative based on CEO commitments to implement universal sustainability principles.
The community is invited to vote in the People's Choice Award online between April 22-28th. The PRiME Competition Awards Presentation will be held live on ZOOM, April 29th, 6:00 p.m.
